• Rebuilt toy brand positionings and foundations, aligning product strategy, marketing, retail, content, licensed products, new licensor opportunities, and partner initiatives globally for stronger awareness and distinction.
• Drove go-to-market execution across brand and product launches, campaigns, retail environments, partnerships, licensed consumer product collaborations, and new licensor business pitches.

• Co-led a 10-week global transformation with The Hackett Group to design the future-state Brand Creative operating model, repositioning the function from a service provider to a strategic growth partner.
• Partnered with executive leadership through formal readouts and working sessions to align on structural, process, and behavioral change across global teams.
• Led redesign of strategic planning, intake, asset development, and approval workflows, reducing duplication, clarifying ownership, and accelerating time to market by 3+ months.
• Championed modern ways of working, including early adoption of AI-enabled tools, and led rollout of enterprise workflow orchestration and DAM enhancements across global creative hubs.
